Candi, may your generosity and spirit of abundance return to you 100x and more! Thank you for creating a safe and comfortable environment where I am able to chip away at my resistance and long held belief of "I can't do this.....". I think it is phenomenal that your passion in spreading your yoga knowledge is not only enhancing the lives of others but also benefiting local charities and causes. Light and Love.

WOW!! This was my first Yoga class ever. Candi is the best instructor! When you come to Vayusha Yoga you will truly be a student and not just a "number" as you may feel at those other places. Candi really takes the time to work with you on an individualized basis. Whether you are a dancer, a cage fighter, or just looking for a healthy activity, you have found the right place! Vayusha Yoga is the place to be. "See you on the matt". Steven

I absolutely love the new studio. I have always been reluctant to participate in a Yoga class; maybe its the mechanic inside me that has to fix problems instead of letting them go. After each session of Yin Yoga i have 10 times the energy i came in with. Mind/Body/Soul or Head/Heart/Hands as a shop teacher once told me requires balance and practice to gain results. If you are looking to increase your happiness then make sure you give this studio a chance and try 3 or 4 sessions asap.

It has only been about 6 weeks since I started, but I have never felt better. Your classes can sometimes be painful, but in the end it is all worth it! One of the things that I love most is your support. No matter how unflexible I am or how far from my goals (such as handstands) I feel that they are more than possible; they are going to happen. Your warmth, acceptance and fun attitude make it a joy to come to your classes and I always leave feeling productive, successful and in a harmonized balance with who I am. Thank you and I will see you at the mat!

Physically, yoga has helped open my hips, something I thought would never happen after years of weight training and kickboxing. More importantly, psychologically, yoga has changed the way I view the world. I am a happier, healthier and more compassionate person because of it.

If you must know it was both exhilarating and humbling. If I could summarize fairly, it seems to me your classes are both for athletic newbies looking for a way to up their game and used-to-be athletic types who want to get their game back on. Add your gentle encouragement, (unlike the screaming, long resident in my psyche, of my high school coach) and I found myself, worn out as I was, oddly ready (not directly after class, of course) for more. Your style, your spirit - whatever it is that you insert into your class left exhausted and refreshed.

This is awesome, I am so excited that you are spreading your yoga knowledge across the world wide web! I have to say my butt still feels kicked from your class the other day, but I guess it is a good pain, the feeling of weakness leaving my body.
